Refund policy
Returns:
- Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase providing you have your receipt and they are still in the same condition. We can not accept returns of any opened items at all. Return postage will be paid by the customer.
- Any return postage costs must be paid by the customer for unwanted items. Items returned due to damage will be covered.(Damaged items do NOT included Cosmetic) (Items must be sent with full cover of item value)
- Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
- Any faults within product including but not limited to, error cards, missing cards ect are not liable for return to us. This must be sorted with the manufacturer, we will however provide all the assistance we can.
- Items returned for Cosmetic reasons will NOT be classed as damaged, customer will pay return postage.
- Please contact eprgaming@hotmail.com if you need to arrange a return.
- Damaged items can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase. Once received we will endeavor to replace the damaged item like for like. Failing that a full refund will be given.
- If items arrive damaged or faulty please photograph them and contact us immediately. Returns cannot be accepted if you open any damaged items.
- Cosmetically damaged items can NOT be returned under the damaged item clause, this means any item returned for Cosmetic reasons return postage would be paid by the customer. Cosmetic damage is defined but not limited to small dents or tears in the cellophane / small dents in tins
- Postage cost of damaged items will be paid for by us.
- DISCLAIMER: We have the right to challenge any damaged items claims if we feel this is necessary, this will be decided on a case by case basis.
Cancellations / Order Amendments:
- You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched (unless it states in item description), please email eprgaming@hotmail.com to do so. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order.
- If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our returns process.
- EPRgaming can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost or mis-routed orders.
Pre-Orders:
- Please be aware that when ordering items that are in-stock along with items for pre order, the order will be shipped together once all items are instock. If you would like the items shipped sooner please make separate orders.
Refunds:
. Once a refund has been issued it can take upto 7-14 working days.
